Haiku Project, 2022

Exhibition at Jerzy Piotrowicz’s Gallery Pod Koroną, 23 November – 10 December 2022.  The Haiku Project presents a unique artistic collaboration featuring photography and poetry. The exhibition includes photographic prints on photo paper and Dibond panels, displayed on custom-designed steel stands by Adam Kalinowski. The project brings together invited authors—Anna Zepa, Daniel Minchoni, and Norbert Skupniewicz—who contributed original haiku poems in response to Adam Kalinowski’s photographic series Sky Railway Track (Podniebny Tor Kolejowy), created in 2004. The photographs depict models conceived in 2004/2005 for potential large-scale sculptural installations in public space. In 2022, the poets were invited to compose haiku specifically for these images. At the artist’s request, each poet recorded audio versions of their poems. These recordings were edited into a single sound piece, which was played during the opening and throughout the duration of the exhibition, creating a contemplative atmosphere of sound and image. Project coordination on the Brazilian side was led by Mirelle Martins, with translations from Portuguese provided by Luiz H. Budant.  A publication is planned—a poetry volume featuring the works presented as part of the Haiku Project.

Projekt Haiku, 2022

Wystawa w Galerii Jerzego Piotrowicza Pod Koroną, 23.11.2022-10.12.2022.  Wydruki na papierze fotograficznym, wydruk na płycie Dibond, stalowe stojaki wg projektu autorskiego Adama Kalinowskiego.
Projekt HAIKU z udziałem zaproszonych autorów: Anna Zepa, Daniel Minchoni, Norbert Skupniewicz. Na wystawie są prezentowane fotogramy z 2004 r. „Podniebny Tor Kolejowy” autorstwa Adama Kalinowskiego oraz specjalne dla nich napisane utwory HAIKU przez autorów poezji w roku 2022. „Podniebny tor kolejowy” to seria makiet, jaką wykonałem w latach, 2004/2005 które miały posłużyć, jako projekty do realizacji wielkoformatowych rzeźb w przestrzeni otwartej.Autorzy poezji na moją prośbę zrobili nagrania audio swoich utworów, które zmontowane w jedną ścieżkę dźwiękową, były odtwarzane począwszy od wernisażu a także podczas trwania wystawy.  Koordynacja projektu od strony brazylijskiej: Mirelle Martins. Tłumaczenia poezji z języka portugalskiego wykonał Luiz H.Budant.
Jest planowane wydanie tomiku poetyckiego zawierającego elementy projektu Haiku.
